I’m a writer, community builder, editor, and artist with a passion for crafting stories that connect, inspire, and drive growth. My journey has been anything but linear, blending a creative approach with strategic thinking across diverse roles and industries.
I edit both non-fiction and fiction manuscripts. Most recently I’ve been editing a middle grade mystery series. Dialogue work is where I help the writer shine. I have also worked on self-help books, a variety of essays, professional pieces, and technical literature.
Prior to my freelance work, I co-founded and led JustReachOut, a PR and SEO software company, with my husband Dmitry Dragilev. JustReachOut was acquired in 2020. My role included a bit of everything: sales, product development, marketing strategy, community building, customer education, all of which scaled the platform into a trusted resource for businesses seeking smarter PR and SEO solutions.
A deep curiosity in our culture, especially in the workplace, has motivated me through much of my work. As an early employee of Culture Amp, I contributed to many facets of a fast growing startup – content creation, marketing, sales, community building, and customer success. My efforts helped grow the company to a valuation of $1.5 billion, but more importantly, having the privilege of such an experience shaped how I want to make a contribution to my community, my family, and society at large. Before joining Culture Amp, I led a startup culture consultancy that supported a workplace-culture-focused-network of nearly 2,000 members in Boston.
I’ve interviewed countless founders and brought together groups of people looking for guidance on how to create the workplace of their dreams: a welcoming place with flexibility and clear communication. Now, I’m interested in holding the magnifying glass to our personal lives: How might we design the world of our dreams? What can I do incrementally to foster opportunities for growth and connection? The latest iteration of my work is a result of having the perspective of someone who has lived nine lives and is still finding fulfillment in knowledge gathering, asking difficult questions, and the benefits of being part of a community.
